Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inward mobile application (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Inward provides messaging-activity analytics — metadata insights about the phone numbers you add (such as session count, last-active time, and weekly activity patterns). The Service does not access, read, or store the contents of private messages.

The Service offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

Auto-renewal. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

Managing & cancelling. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings > Subscriptions on your iOS device after purchase.

No refunds. Except where required by applicable law, no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

4. Account & Data

The Service stores phone numbers you add locally on your device. Analytics requests are transmitted over HTTPS to our backend. Please see our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling description.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software displayed within the Service are the property of Inward or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inward disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inward, its officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inward and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or liability arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Independence

Inward is an independent activity-insights tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any third-party messaging platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
